We want you to love your Nayi Naveli purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges are possible for eligible products. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please photograph the damaged item and its packaging and contact us immediately — we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Since handcrafted pieces have natural, minor variations in finish and texture, small differences from photos aren't considered defects — this is part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
