🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Nayi Naveli At Nayi Naveli, each product is crafted with care and tradition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
📦 Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include the invoice or proof of purchase with your return. Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
💰 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping) Items purchased during sales, giveaways, or marked "Final Sale" Customized orders
📦 Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective: Email us within 48 hours of delivery at nayinaveli.in@gmail.com Attach clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
