🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Nayi Naveli

At Nayi Naveli, each product is crafted with care and tradition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Please include the invoice or proof of purchase with your return.

Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Items purchased during sales, giveaways, or marked "Final Sale"

  • Customized orders

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at nayinaveli.in@gmail.com

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
